Donations made in error
If you made a donation by mistake — for example, the wrong amount or a duplicate payment — please contact us within 14 days and we will do our best to arrange a refund.
Recurring donations
You can cancel a monthly donation at any time from your donor dashboard. Payments already collected and disbursed to the field may not be refundable.
Zakat
As Zakat is distributed promptly to eligible recipients, refunds may not be possible once funds have been disbursed.
How to request a refund
Email hello@brakafoundtion.org with your donation reference and we will respond within five working days.
