Is 100% of my donation really used for my cause?+
Yes. 100% of your donation to a project goes to that project after unavoidable payment fees. Our running costs are funded separately.
How do I know my donation reached those in need?+
We track every donation and publish regular impact reports. Monthly and orphan sponsors receive personalised updates.
Can I give my Zakat through Baraka?+
Yes. Use our Zakat calculator to work out what you owe. Your Zakat is distributed 100% to eligible recipients.
What is Gift Aid and am I eligible?+
Gift Aid lets us reclaim 25% from HMRC on your donation at no cost to you, if you are a UK taxpayer.
Can I set up a monthly donation?+
Absolutely. Most appeals offer a monthly option, and you can manage or cancel anytime from your donor dashboard.
How do I get a receipt?+
A receipt is emailed automatically after every donation, and all receipts are available in your donor dashboard.
Is my payment secure?+
Yes. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. We never store your card details.
Can I get a refund?+
If you donated in error, contact us within 14 days and we'll do our best to help. See our refunds policy.
